  1. Are your hair extensions 100% human hair?  YES!

  2. How long do the extensions last?  Extensions are subject to last up to 2 years with the proper care. View our hair care page for more

  3. Can I dye, bleach, or style the hair?  Yes you may. However, you must be mindful that it can change the original texture; not because of the quality, but because of the harsh chemicals in bleaching products.

  4. How do I choose the right texture?  All of our hair meets the same high standard of quality. The texture you choose will depend on two factors: the hairstyle you want to achieve and your natural hair texture. Selecting a texture that closely matches your own hair will help create the most seamless blend and overall look. In store, we will assist in navigating what's best for you if you are unsure. Please do not hesitate to stop by!

  1. How long does shipping take?  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. The process typically takes 2-3 business days after being shipped. Pickup in store is also available upon request. 

  1. What is your return/exchange policy ?  No returns, only exchanges in the original condition within 3 days. No exceptions. 

  1. Can I install the extensions myself?  Only install your own extensions if  you have that skill. 

  1. How do I take care of my extensions?  To properly care for your extensions, brush from tip to root with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.

  2. Do you offer exchanges if the color doesn’t match?  Yes! You are welcome to visit the store so that this issue does not occur. In the case that it does, please make sure that the return request is submitted via email or in person confirmation for further compensation.

  3. What are your store hours?  Our store is open Thursday - Fri. 5-9pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm.
